Role Overview:

This role should provide a professional, informative and welcoming experience for all Excalibur customers ensuring proactive communications throughout the purchasing and provisioning process, in keeping with our motto “does the customer know?”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Update the data capture tool for asset management & contracts following completion of orders
  • Raise cases
  • To ensure orders and invoices are accurate and timely
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage the provisioning work-flow and implement new processes and efficiencies where possible
  • 100% accuracy to be maintained
  • Take on additional responsibilities & carry out any other reasonable job-related tasks as required
  • Work daily with Purchase Orders and booking in procedures
  • Answering incoming telephone calls to the Provisioning Team and wider business
  • Sending out consignments and post

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing of both Mobile and IT hardware
  • Maintaining Supplier lists
  • Booking in hardware
  • Invoicing and invoice corrections
